In this episode of the Cheeky Midweeky, we are joined by a special guest – Pratik Patel. Pratik was a former NFL coach for the New York Giants and is a current PhD student. In this episode, we discuss the good, bad, and ugly areas of staff dysanmics. As the light-hearted topic, we also look at the biggest disasters in our careers, such as; getting shin splits due to conceding so many points and having to run the water on repeatedly.
